Ki Development

Learn how to unify mind and body to help create a happier, healthier, and more successful life. Build your own personal wellness program using Ki Breathing, Ki Meditation, and Ki Exercises for Health.

Ki-Aikido

In Ki-Aikido, we learn to read Ki, move with Ki, and lead others with Ki. Thus we can eliminate conflict and perform well, even under stress. We can build personal safety and self-defense skills based on Ki, not physical strength.

Youth Ki-Aikido

By learning to unify mind and body at an early age, children can build a foundational habits that they can rely on for a lifetime. In a physically active and cooperative learning environment, children learn the martial art of Ki-Aikido.

Personal Kiatsu®

Living energy, or Ki, flows strongly in a healthy body. The flow of Ki is weaker in a body that is ill, injured, or overtired. We use Kiatsu® to restore a vigorous flow of Ki and activate the body’s natural healing processes.
