We teach and practice:

- Breathing and Meditation: The unique methods of Ki breathing and Ki meditation are deeply calming and quickly effective.
- Health Exercises: Improve balance, posture and flexibility to enhance sports and daily activities.
- Application in Daily Life: Experience increased success and decreased conflict at work and with your family.


What Is Class Like?
We begin class by developing calm balance and improved physical posture. Then we do gentle stretching and whole-body movements, and move on to interactive exercises in which we learn to stay positive, calm, and energized through a variety of simple challenges.
We integrate Ki Breathing and Ki Meditation in all of our activities.
Class is open to all persons of all ages and physical abilities.


Getting Started in Ki Development
You can join a Ki Development class at any time. Please Contact Us ahead of time to express your interest. Your first class is an introductory session, and there’s no charge.
Upon arrival, you’ll be asked to fill out a registration form. You can also complete it in advance here.
Wear a cotton T-shirt and knee-covering warm-up pants.
