Kids & Teen Ki-Aikido
By learning to unify mind and body at an early age, children can build a foundational habits that they can rely on for a lifetime. In a physically active and cooperative learning environment, children learn the martial art of Ki-Aikido.

Development of Positive Habits
In Ki-Aikido, children learn how to approach challenges positively and confidently. They develop skills to use in overcoming many kinds of obstacles. Children develop strength that is not just mental or physical, but comes from using mind, body, and Ki together. Thus, even a small person can deal effectively with a big challenge.
